Where have I been?!

In case anyone is wondering where I've been........I have one easy answer - my CAR! I thought life would slow down once school started, but Addie and I have somewhere to be pretty much every morning of the week. And when the older two get home from school, we are usually rushing back out the door for soccer practice or some other meeting or event. Our weekends have been packed with soccer games. This weekend we have 4! Mix a 2 year old into that, and things get a little more hectic. But honestly, to me, it's "happy chaos", and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world!
We have been trying to spend as much time outside as we can, before we have to hibernate for the winter. So here are a few pictures of our outside fun........
I am finding it very hard to get a good picture of Addie and I together! She is one goofy girl....
And how about trying to get a picture of a 12, almost 13 year old?! Impossible!
And when Riley is not playing soccer, this is his second love:
Addie likes to join in the fun!

And here we go again, trying to get a good picture.....oh well, we tried! :)

The pictures of you and Addie are cute! Okay, we need to come over and hang out whenever you are home because my boys would love to watch/join Riley in that skateboarding action! It looks like he is quite good at that!

I live in my car too! The boys are both on academic teams in 2 different schools and they have practices and/or meets 4 days a week. Laura plays soccer and Connor is in Jazz Band that practices before school 3 days a week. Add in youth group and children's choir which meet on different nights and I feel like my car is permanently attached to my backside! I guess that is just part of it! Riley looks like he is really good at the skateboard. Do you watch between your fingers? You look great in the pictures of you and Addie. She is getting so big! She is really looking like a pre-schooler now. These girls need to slow down on growing up. It is going too fast.

Good thing you don't live in NC...you would have no gas to keep your car going to all those places! We've been out of gas for almost 2 weeks now and when we do get gas we have to wait in line for up to an hour to get it! Crazy!

Ok, enough about that, the pictures are great...I love the ones of Riley and the skateboard! Great action shots!
